Having issues with starting Playdek account

I've tried multiple times to set up a Playdek account through my iPhone 6s, with no luck.  I've just emailed the 2nd time to playdek admin with no response so far.  Is there anyone who can tell me why I don't receive an email from playdek like I'm supposed to so I can verify my account?  I've checked the spelling of my email address multiple times ... and now this is the 2nd time I've gone on in as many months trying to create my account.  Help please?!?!
