When reporting an issue, it is very helpful if you tell us which platform you are playing on, installed operating system, and type of video card (if you know). For online games, please tell us the game # that is displayed in the application so we can look it up in our database. Good morning, Please note that due to the logistics of obtaining multiple copies from Apple, we will need additional time to work through getting these copies to our Backers and will do so as quickly as possible. We will be fulfilling Backer copies in the following order: US Backers who selected iOS only, followed by international Backers who also selected iOS only. They will then go through and distribute copies to PC and Mac Backers who ordered an additional iOS version. Once processed, you will receive an e-mail from either Apple or Playdek, with directions on how to obtain your copy. Please understand that we are as excited to see the copies get distributed to you as you are to receive them. It has been a pleasure bringing this game to full digital release and your support has been invaluable. If you have any questions regarding the iOS release, please contact Playdek at support@playdekgames.com. As the roll out continues, we will keep everyone updated via additional KickStarter updates.
